If you are not present at 7:00 pm for your first game, and you have not informed the arbiter, you will be withdrawn from the tournament. A $10 fee is to be paid to re-enter the tournament.

Terms and Conditions

• Entries are accepted via our website only.
• Play is governed under Article B.4 of the FIDE Rapid Laws.
• Pairings by Vega using FIDE Approved Baku Acceleration Method.
• December FIDE and ACF Quick Ratings will be used.
• Decisions made by the Chief Arbiter on the night are final, and no appeals will be permitted for the purposes of not disturbing the flow of the tournament. (Article 11.10)
• Full refunds will be processed, given at least 48-hour notice before the start of the tournament. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
• Entries after Sunday, December 17^th is $15 for all players, regardless of membership status.
• Players not residing in Australia must have a FIDE ID to compete. If not listed on the FIDE website, players must obtain an ID from their national federation.
